haven't done that swap. Don't own a 3.0L. however, you might need the bellhousing you are using that is on your tranny. expect to swap that. oil pan is it front or back sump/pickup as you said changing. as far as intake, if it is the same in all ways leave it. why buy gaskets that you dont have to and make more work for yourself. but be prepared to change it later date if need be. as said ...
