The relic weapon is better than the Edenmorn one and is less time consuming to get, and will help you quite a bit trying to chase the Edenmorn one if you like the appearance of it. I would stick with the Bozja stuff, especially since Dalriada coins can get you some really solid gear for alt jobs. Really depends if you have a good static raid ....

As others have said, you will need to progress the Save The Queen story far enough to get access to Bozja. The relic story (Resistance Weapons) and the zone story (Save the Queen) are separate quest chains, much like Eureka.
