Head pressure hvac

I’m on co-op for sales engineering dealing with HVAC units and am learning the basics such as the refrigeration cycle. I was trying to find out what low head pressure and low suction temp is, how it happens, and why it’s bad. I’m having a really tough time trying to find these answers on google. Any help with this would be appreciated!
