Alt1 thinks you're using DPI scaling, this is probably because you're using it everywhere except for runescape. You can fix this by clicking the "Override high DPI scaling detection" checkbox. Go into the Alt1 settings and go the the capture tab, you should see a list of stuff there, the rs clint should be in that list. click the rs client in the list and alt1 should start working again. You'll have to do this every time you start rs up.
