I use this stick. What i did on my sensitivity, i added like 15% of dead zone to every axis except for the throttle in the game settings. It prevents me from accidentally moving the plane whenever I am holding the stick or bump to the stick. I rarely use the buttons because I preferred pushing the buttons/dials using mouse. The PMDG DC-6 works the way people are asking for above (except through the water rudder binding so it can drop the bar that blocks the throttles from going into reverse). Perhaps they just assume all you need is max reverse in the 737 while you need to modulate it quite carefully in the DC6 else risk damaging the engines.I'm using new Logitech G Pro peripherals, yoke, two throttle quadrants, and rudder pedals.
