You don't want Gesture with it because Singularity Band has some delay to its explosion and damage stacking, and having any Blast Shower cooldown above 2.4 seconds isn't going to work. Otherwise you need to time it.Shaped glass is potentially much stronger than gesture. Gesture has a good effect but it's not as strong as say transcendence or glass or even potentially purity. This item will reduce equipment cooldown by 50%, but will force your equipment to activate as soon as it's off cooldown.
