I've had our 3CX instance set up for almost a year now. From day one, the firewall checker failed, each time we get "full cone test failed" for both ports 5060 and 5090, along with all of the other ports from 9000-9398, etc. But.... the phone system works just fine and always has. Internal calls are fine, inbound and outbound is fine. For what you’ve described, 3CX is a no brainer. FreePBX requires an investment of time and energy to learn the nuances that it sounds like you’re not interested in, though I think in the end it’s the superior product. 3CX will also cost you like $260/yr for a pro license for your size which IMO is a no brainer.30 Mar 2023 ...
