Yes. Though its more of a tank build, not DPS, so soloing is not its strong suit. You'd do better with a THF KOTC Paladin, or even a Bsword Vangaurd. DDO let's you do this with items, so, with a starting wisdom of 8 you can qualify for your highest level spells (that's level 4 for paladins) with a Wisdom +6 item (fairly common, and many people can craft one for you).
