They have to be by design. Plug fouling is just part of owning a Vulcan 800, and it's way worse if you make short trips or you're just starting the engine to let it run a little then turning it off. Bike Won't START, clicks won't turn over. I have a 99 vn800 that ran great when I parked it a month ago. Went to change oil and wanted to warm the motor up and it won't start.
