Yea you have to make a second account for it to work. I did it to get everyone to 50. So i got it to work but i had to have both accounts logged in and close the game. Copying just the 3.sav file to my existing save folder worked no problem. If you already did a few runs of Arms Race before you need less than 5 pieces of gear to get the achievement and "Complex Made Simple" should also pop up as soon as you load the save. Thanks again.
