The kill...The purpose of it is to put the black /yellow to ground to kill the enigne so you can just use one of them or else both connecte to the terminal on the ignition switch M. On it there should be another black /yellow wire going to the enigne. As for the black wire it just needs to go to the other grounds (black wires).
