1. Tuner bought from Lund (or a Lund Vendor) its locked to Lund. 2. Buy from a NON Lund vendor / Unlocked you can tune anywhere. BUT ! If you choose Lund to do a tune on your unlocked ngauge then its Locked to Lund. So if Lund tunes your nGauge (even unlocked) its will be locked to Lund.The ngauge also uses an SD card to load files so it's really easy to put new tunes and datalogging config files onto. It's also compatible with MAC and PC's. The HPT ngauge is pretty much the same device as the Lund Racing ngauge but with different firmware on it. Both devices are capable of flashing the same tune.If it’s a Lund ngauge then it should be easy process to buy new tune and have tuned for your car.
