Nzxt cam not detecting kraken

Mine will show the a770, but the temp is constant 0 deg

I bought a NZXT kraken x52 for my ASUS ROG STRIX Z390-I GAMING motherboard. I have installed the cooler and its required software "CAM". However, the cam is not detecting the kraken at all. Even the NZXT logo is not light up on the pump. I have tried every possible way. I dont see any kraken or any tab under Tuning tab or anywhere.But the CAM didn't recognize my Kraken. My Kraken is connected to an internal USB hub (freestanding motherboard usb hub) together with my Commander Pro from Corsair (which works flawless). I found a guide from NZXT with a dropbox download to some drivers, didn't work.

As far as I understand, the M22 doesn’t have any controls in CAM. You can control the RGB, but nothing regarding the pump or fan. It’s only the Kraken X series that has that functionality.Unless you have an NZXT fan hub, you won't be able to control the fan speeds through CAM. They will be done through your bios. If they are ramping up then it's likely that your motherboard is also detecting your cpu at a high temperature. Comparing temps between sitting at bios and under load isn't an equal comparison.Yesterday I built my latest PC, which includes both a H200i and Kraken X52.
