just got mine Frontier Fiber install yesterday (SW CT area). XS-010X-Q is our ONT. only been a few hours, and we're not using it as we aren't moved in, but it's works. 500/500 (what I paid for). feels warm to touch. The only other issue you may have is with the modem itself where you would get a red light which means it's failing which dose not happen vary often.
