I've done all the others leading up to it and have read when you finish the quest with Shamira, Nocticula is supposed to appear and teleport you somewhere but instead nothing happens. So, naturally, you have to mention Suture, in two different instances of the conversation I think, in order to even get the perception check. There was only 1 perception check, the one where you observe a reaction. But I didnt realise that of the 4 options in the very first dialogue you've to pick the one with suture.This is neither Kingmaker, nor a bug.
