I had this as well, but had to clear the browser cache for oauth.comcast.com , in firefox you can forget (clear cache) for a site by right-clicking that site -> forget in history. Of course you could just clear all of your cache. At the same time different browser (Edge) worked same machine.Check your device's WiFi settings to make sure you are connected to your private home network.
