The strange part was that when the problem happened the coolant temp gauge on the dash would drop to dead cold. It would create a faulty coolant temp code and as soon as I cleared ...Go to the under the hood fuse block. Next to it is a smaller box containing the three cooling fan relays. Pull them out, one at a time, until that fan stops running. That's the one that is stuck "on". Take that stuck relay to the parts store and get the replacement. The module is underneath the hood on the firewall in the back. It has 2- 6mm screws. Unplug it, pull it out, put the other one back in. Plug it in. This is common for this model buick.If the blower motor works it’s time to check some voltages at the module. There’s a power wire that comes from the control panel. On most models it’s either red or purple. This power in wire should turn on a test light with the ignition on and maximum speed selected.
