Yeah, way back in 2015 they had a huge blowout that Mark had claimed was his fault. His words, he was being “more of a boss and less of a friend” and “demanding unreachable tasks” or something along the lines of that. Law Student/Big SuperMega fan! TLDR: the Boys will likely succeed with all the evidence they have, Jackson won’t go to Jail for this case (there would have to be a separate one brought by the State). However, even if the Boys win they/the court would have to find some way to get the money back from Jackson, for which there are many options.
