The resist stats are the in every school the damage is often less. In my opinion a waste to try and get it. you spend all day farming and then its not as good as the coin gear ... ….

Many people didn't upgrade their Waterworks since farming Tartarus was a pain to farm with a full team. Changing the droprate of Luska and Slyvester...I have gotten waterworks gear for 5 wizards and it barely took any time but now it seems like it's extremely rare and takes forever to drop. A lot of people I've done waterworks with have also had a very hard time trying to get the gear while people used to not complain even comparably to now. I really doubt it. That's just the nature of RNG.
