Last night, my package should have been delivered by 9, which of course ends up being delivered the next day because someone doesn't want to deliver it. Last time it was supposed to be delivered by 9pm, I got a message at 8:55pm saying delivery was attempted.This is the worst company ever. This is the worst company ever, don’t ever use ontrac for your deliveries and avoid them at all cost. Packages take for ever to arrive and if they ever get delivered you’d be lucky . On the delivered date, there was no proof of delivery. And now, there is proof of delivery. Something is wrong. My package from Ulta Beauty did not require a signature.
