Westmoreland Arts & Heritage Festival. June 12, 2018 ·. SHUTTLE BUS LOCATIONS. This year the festival will be operating four separate shuttle runs. In addition to the three locations from last year, we have added a route from the Wal-Mart shopping center just west of Greensburg.
