What's up guys and welcome to probably one of my most requested guides for Chocobo Digging in FFXI on the WingsXI private server. Digging works differently h...63 posts. I just did this quest and here is the walkthrough. 1) Talk to Kuoh Rhel at the chocobo stables in Windurst Woods. She is outside to the left. Talk to her and she will ask if you will help. 2) Go talk to Tapoh Lihzeh (I-8) also in Windurst Woods. She will ask you to bring her some Papaka Grass.Before you make the trip though, go to the meriph. mountains and kill crane flies until you get 4 clumps of gausebit grass, needed for the chocobo license. Which you will need to get before you can turn in your crab mount. (You cant use the crab mount before lvl 20 and also need a choco license first, which is why I recommend this path).
