Are you still experiencing the problem and/or did the support get back to you yet? 2 days isn’t that long to wait for a response (I think after 2/3 days you should get an automated message that they will get back to you), might take severely days/even few weeks depending on the amount of support requests they are receiving.Could not connect to RTM server . ...
