Hi @Syville , The app uses an algorithm to estimate how full the unit is based off the number of times it normally has to cycle for the unit to be full. The unit does know when the drawer it totally full but anything before that is a estimation.That didn't work. I thought maybe it was because the sensor was dirty so I removed the bonnet and the globe and wiped down the sensor with a moist microfiber. That didn't work either. The work around seems to be just keep resetting the gauge a couple times and it seems to be ok for 2 more days or so before the waste bin is actually kinda full. ….
