The mr920L and mr920 are rhe same frame. Any gen3, 4, or 5 slide will fit. It fits just fine with the dagger guide rod. There’s a few companies that make gen3 to gen4 slide adapters to fill the gap. The dagger slide is kinda cringe imo. They are great for cheap p80 builds but a shadow systems frame deserves a much nicer slide. If you want to avoid “tolerance stacking” I’d replace 100% of the internals with Glocks (barrel, recoil spring, striker, plunger, extractor, all the little strings.) tldr just move everything from the old slide to the new slide. The Holosun 407k/507k are sub-compact sights, while the 407c/507c are for FULL SIZED pistols. RMR is a full size cut. RMRc is a sub-compact cut. That’ll get you all the velocity increase the G34 gets, but it won’t get you a longer sight radius (but if you’re running a red dot, sight radius is kind of pointless, you just want a longer barrel for velocity gains).
