You can run a build that maximizes health/armor and gives you ways to refill them, or you run a dodge build. I can't comment on health/armor builds, but I do know that if you're running a full dodge build you'll want all pistols.2 builds of Buzzsaw 42, all done in loud heists with Death Sentence/One Down.
