The cards are pretty easy to get considering they only require you to max the Judgment and Empress social links. The cards are available from: Elec- Lucifer. Ice- Isis. Fire- Hell Biker. Wind- Suparna.Arms Master. Everything else just depends on what else you want to use ie. Power Charge. Debilitate. ^filler if you don't have another persona with it. Victory Cry.
