Most runs take about 30 minutes, so it's still probably faster than trying to farm dailies. They give the same tokens on ER1 as on EE afaik and those drop rates seem about what they've always been, confirmed by this table. They seem to be all same or worse than LoD and that one gives fragments a lot of the time too, so there might be a chance at a full token but usually just fragments.
