All of my parking lots have parking fees that should cover the cost of the lot if the parking lots get full. For example, I charge 13 for my small lots. I want to make a little bit of profit off each lot. But once you get to the above ground parking garage and the underground then the math doesn't seem to add up with the upkeep.Step by step: Create space for 2×2 or 3×3 or a bigger empty block. Build a “commercial zone” with 2×2 or 3×3 squares that are not connected to other zones. In case there is any opened shop, destroy it. Wait for the next building. And in case it is another shop, destroy it again (4 and 5 steps repeat)
