They usually can be found in the deepest dungeon on the highest leak. I only ever found one, over the 15 or so frost caves I fully explored. And from what I heard, even that is lucky.

They’re a bit of a massive pain to find, atleast for me i went through quite a few new mountain biomes before i even saw 1. Probably easiest to start a new world and look up the map seed beforehand.
