Warframe riven sliver
This is a problem that should be addressed, we need another source or two for getting riven transmuters that DOESN'T involve eidolon hunting. not everyone wants to do this activity to get these riven transmuters. I would suggest maybe a vender that you can buy them from like every 24hrs or something you can buy one with 10 riven slivers like ...Normally, I’d be getting a fair amount of riven slivers. But throughout these 5 hours, I’ve gotten about 6 riven slivers to drop. Mind you, I’m using a resource drop chance booster . After the first few hours, I tell myself “this is ridiculous, let me pull out Nekros”. 70 minutes of playing later, I got only a single riven sliver to drop.

got about 1400ish sliver from the sortie, out of 4hr farm, now sitting at 2300 slivers, should be good enough for a yr or two, iron wake takes 30 each week, thats 1500 a yr if you dont farm it.
