Like, +60% toxin and +0.6m punch through, +70% Multishot and +0.4m Punch-through, and so on. Secondary weapons are generally for single target DPS while rifles generally excell in groups. This is mechanically, not just because of shred. So basically this is an idea to change the behavior of Punch Through added to weapons that have Radial Attacks, more specifically launcher weapons such as Penta, Ogris, and even Kuva Bramma.
