If you buy a quart and change with every oil change that's 7 - 8 changes if you don't spill any. For me as a 32 year professional mechanic I call it cheap insurance.They stated that you need to season your seals when you switch to synthetic. They would change their oil, use 1 quart AMSOIL and regular oil for the rest.
