Apr 8, 2021 · The "free" version of the app only allows you to check the control modules that are "code-able" for your supported vehicle. Dude, the MX+ costs more than Bimmercode. MX+ is useful if you want to run diagnostics; for actual coding with Bimmercode, it's MUCH faster using an OBD to LAN/LAN to phone adapter. Shortly after buying my car I purchased Bimmerlink & Bimmer Code. I've found them to be great apps - very simple to use and user friendly.
